Despite establishing effective internal communication channels with its team members, WesTrac was limited by their previous legacy system email provider. It became imperative to ensure all email communications reflected professional and sleek branding but could also deliver targeted, transparent, and accessible communication across the entire business.

WesTrac has a diverse workforce made up of fly-in, fly-out (FIFO), various shift-based rosters, as well as part-time and full-time employees.
