Browser / Mobile Support Policy

This Browser/Mobile Support Policy explains which browsers and mobile operating systems are supported on the Communic8 Platform. “Supported” means that the Platform has been tested on these browsers and mobile operating systems before release.

This Browser/Mobile Support Policy, together with our Platform Services Description, User Terms of Service, Cookie Statement, Privacy Policy, Service Level Agreement, Acceptable Use Policy, Copyright and Trademark Policy, and Security Policy, form a legally binding agreement between you and us. Capitalised words used but not defined here have meanings provided in the User Terms of Service.

Please carefully read all our terms and policies because they affect your rights and obligations under the law. By using the Platform, you confirm that you understand and agree with this Browser/Mobile Support Policy,  and our applicable terms and policies. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

1. Supported Browsers

On desktops and laptops, the Communic8 Platform officially supports versions of the following browsers from the past year:

• Edge (https://microsoft.com/edge)

• Safari (https://www.apple.com/safari)

• Chrome (https://www.google.com/chrome)

• Firefox (https://www.mozilla.org/firefox)

On mobile devices, the Communic8 Platform officially supports versions of the following browsers from the past year:

• Safari (on iOS)

• Chrome (on iOS and Android)

To ensure the best possible Platform experience, including all the latest features and security updates, please make sure that your browser and operating system are up to date. If you access the Platform on an older version of a browser, browsers not listed above, or a browser extension that modifies your User instance, your use of the Platform may be affected or limited.

2. Supported Mobile Operating Systems

The Communic8 mobile App supports versions of the following platforms:

• Apple / iOS 13 and greater

• Android / 6.0 and greater

To ensure the best possible Platform experience, including all the latest features and security updates, please make sure that your mobile operating systems are up to date. If you access the Platform on an older version of an operating system, your use of the Platform may be affected or limited.
